Duration of Rental: Most of our rentals are based on an overnight model! While the industry standard is a mere 4-6 hours, we want you to get the most out of your water slide. We often allow customers to keep the unit overnight (pending office approval and secure location) so you can slide under the stars. *Note: Equipment must be in a secure, fenced backyard to qualify for overnight status.*

Yes, we deliver to public parks in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Mesa! However, please note:
1. Park Fee: There is an excessive labor fee ($75) for park deliveries due to strict timing and setup requirements.
2. Generators: Parks do not provide adequate power. You will likely need to rent a generator from us.
3. Sunset Rule: Rentals at parks typically cannot stay past sunset. Please check with us at the time of reservation.

Surface: We need a flat, clean surface. Grass, concrete, or pavers are fine. We place sandbags and pads for artificial turf protection. We cannot set up on rocks, gravel, or poop-filled yards.
Access Path: For slides under 15ft wide, we need a 36-inch clear path. For our GIANT slides (16ft+), we require a 48-inch wide clear path to dolly the unit in. Please move trash cans and debris before we arrive!

Safety is paramount. Do not use inflatables in winds greater than 15mph. If a monsoon hits, turn the blower off immediately. We reserve the right to cancel deliveries if weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our team.
