Important Rental Information & Policies
Duration of Rental: Most of our rentals are based on an overnight model! While the industry standard is a mere 4-6 hours, we want you to get the most out of your water slide. We often allow customers to keep the unit overnight (pending office approval and secure location) so you can slide under the stars. *Note: Equipment must be in a secure, fenced backyard to qualify for overnight status.*
Yes, we deliver to public parks in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Mesa! However, please note:
1. Park Fee: There is an excessive labor fee ($75) for park deliveries due to strict timing and setup requirements.
2. Generators: Parks do not provide adequate power. You will likely need to rent a generator from us.
3. Sunset Rule: Rentals at parks typically cannot stay past sunset. Please check with us at the time of reservation.
Surface: We need a flat, clean surface. Grass, concrete, or pavers are fine. We place sandbags and pads for artificial turf protection. We cannot set up on rocks, gravel, or poop-filled yards.
Access Path: For slides under 15ft wide, we need a 36-inch clear path. For our GIANT slides (16ft+), we require a 48-inch wide clear path to dolly the unit in. Please move trash cans and debris before we arrive!
Safety is paramount. Do not use inflatables in winds greater than 15mph. If a monsoon hits, turn the blower off immediately. We reserve the right to cancel deliveries if weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our team.

Questions
How much does it cost to rent a water slide in Phoenix?
Our water slides start at $150. Toddler slides start at $150, backyard double-lane slides at $399, and our biggest 36-42 ft slides at $2,200. Prices include delivery, setup and pickup in our standard Phoenix area. See delivery fees for other cities.
How much space does a water slide need?
You need a flat area (grass, turf or concrete) about 5 ft larger than the rental on every side, and a standard outlet within 50 ft. If your backyard is behind a side gate, the path needs to be at least 4 ft (48 in) wide for most units. Tell us about slopes, trees or overhead wires when you book.
What do I need to provide for a water slide rental?
A garden hose that reaches the slide and a standard outdoor outlet within 50 ft for the blower. Water use is similar to running a sprinkler for the afternoon. For parks or spots without power, rent one of our generators.
How long can I keep the water slide?
Rentals are for the whole party day, not by the hour. Overnight rentals are free for approved, secure locations, so you can have the slide out for an evening party and we pick it up the next day.
Are your water slides safe for toddlers and adults?
Yes, if you choose the right size. Our 16-17 ft toddler slides are made for ages 3-8. The 18-24 ft slides suit kids roughly 5-12. The 27-42 ft slides are built for teens and adults. Every rental comes with a safety talk from our crew. Also see our safety training.
Do you clean the slides between rentals?
Yes. After every rental we vacuum the unit, spray and hand-wipe it with cleaner, then sanitize and wipe it again, including the entrance and stairs. How we clean.
Can I rent a water slide for a park or school event?
Yes. City parks charge a $75 park fee and HOA or neighborhood parks $45-75. Park events must rent our generator so we know the power will work. See delivery & park fees. Schools, churches and HOAs are welcome and we're licensed and insured. See school events.
What happens if it is too windy?
Safety comes first: inflatables can't be used in winds over 15-20 mph or in lightning. If weather cancels your party we'll reschedule. See our safety policies.
